BIRMINGHAM, Ala. ----- The UAB women’s soccer team’s match against FIU, scheduled for 7 p.m. on Oct. 10, has been postponed to an undetermined date due to heavy rain and unplayable field conditions. 

After delaying the game shortly before kickoff, the final decision was made after a prolonged period of rain and lightning hovered in the area. A make up date will be determined at a later time.

The Blazers take the pitch again on Sunday, Oct. 12, at 1 p.m. against Florida Atlantic at West Campus Field.
