Softball's Finale With Marshall Cancelled

BIRMINGHAM, Ala.--The UAB Softball series finale with Marshall, scheduled for Noon CT on Sunday, was cancelled due to inclement weather.
Due to the fact that the Blazers won the series by sweeping the doubleheader with the Thundering Herd on Saturday, the finale will not be rescheduled.
During a break in the rain, UAB honored its senior class: Kate Armstrong, Whitney Fletcher, Hailey Glynn, Anna Kimbrell, Chandler Orr and Lauren Webster, for their careers at UAB.
Up next, UAB host a doubleheader with Chattanooga on Tuesday at 3 p.m. CT. Wednesday, the Blazers host Jacksonville State in its home-finale at 4 p.m. CT.
