Men's Tennis Match Rescheduled For Tuesday

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. ----- The UAB's men's tennis match against Winthrop, originally scheduled for Monday, will now be played Tuesday, March 12 due to inclement weather. The match is scheduled to begin at 12:30 p.m. CT at the George Ward Tennis Center.
UAB is 10-7 on the season after seeing its eight-match win streak snapped Saturday with a 4-3 loss to Tulane. The Blazers defeated another Conference USA foe, Southern Miss, on Friday by a 4-3 score.
Winthrop is 4-8 this season after splitting a pair of matches this past weekend (6-1 loss to No. 58 South Alabama Sunday and a 5-2 win over UAH on Saturday).
