Blazer Blitz Events On As Scheduled For Saturday

As of 8 a.m. Saturday
Saturday's Blazer Blitz activities, including the UAB football Spring Game at West Campus Field, are on as scheduled. Gates will open at 10 a.m. with the autograph and photo session kicking off the festivities.
Here is the current schedule for Saturday:
10:00 a.m. -- Gates open
10:00-10:30 a.m. -- Autographs and pictures with UAB football players
11:00 a.m. -- Football Spring Game
1:00 p.m. -- Softball Doubleheader vs. East Carolina
1:00 p.m. -- Baseball vs. Memphis (Game 1)
6:30 p.m. -- Baseball vs. Memphis (Game 2)
Admission is free to all events. Full Moon BBQ plates will be available for $5, and other activities include inflatables, face painting, caricatures, balloon artists and clowns. Blaze the mascot and the UAB cheerleaders will also be on hand.
