Make A Year-End Gift To UAB Student-Athletes

As we approach the conclusion of the 2011 calendar year, the UAB Athletics Department would like to take this opportunity to thank each Blazer fan for all that you do for UAB Athletics!
As the New Year approaches, please keep UAB student-athletes in your thoughts when considering your year-end contributions. Scholarship costs are projected to reach $6.2 million for the 2011-2012 academic year, a 48% increase since 2005. As these costs continue to rise, it is crucial that philanthropic revenues increase to support UAB student-athletes at the highest level!
In an effort to enhance the student-athlete experience, Blazer Boosters and the UAB Athletics Department recently launched the Grand Initiative, a membership drive to increase the donor base to 1,000 by September 30, 2012.
