Blazer Men's Tennis Team In Action Wednesday

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - The UAB men's tennis team will be back in action Wednesday as the Blazers play host to the North Alabama Lions in their first home dual match of the season.
The match is scheduled to start at 1:00 p.m. at the Lakeshore Tennis Center.
UAB (1-1) evened its record Monday with an impressive 7-0 victory over Birmingham-Southern. The Blazers did not lose a game in three singles matches (No. 3, 4 and 5) and won all but one match in straight sets.
This is a busy week for the UAB men as following Wednesday's match, the Blazers will then play host to Georgia State on Friday (1:00 p.m.) before meeting No. 22-ranked Auburn on Saturday (12:00 p.m.) at Lakeshore.
Wednesday's match with the Lions is the first of five consecutive at home for the Blazers.
