Friday Baseball Rained Out, Doubleheader Slated For Saturday

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. -- Friday's baseball series opener between UAB and Presbyterian has been postponed because of rain. The game will be made up as part of a Saturday doubleheader.
Saturday's start time has been moved up to 1 p.m. CT at Young Memorial Field. Both games of the doubleheader are scheduled for nine innings.
The third and final game of the weekend series is still slated for Sunday at 1 p.m. CT.
UAB enters the series at 3-1 on the season after taking two out of three games last weekend from Radford and picking up a midweek win Tuesday at Jacksonville State. Presbyterian is looking for its first win after three losses last weekend at Georgia Southern and two defeats in midweek games at 12th-ranked Georgia.
All three games of this weekend's series will be available through Gametracker and All Access live video streaming.
