BIRMINGHAM, Ala. -- Construction is ongoing for the new baseball hitting facility at UAB's Young Memorial Field.
The structure, which is going up behind the left field fence, is part of facility upgrades that also include a new state-of-the-art scoreboard with video capability. Both will be in place for the start of the 2010 season this coming February.
