BIRMINGHAM, Ala. -- Friday's exhibition volleyball match between UAB and Auburn was cancelled when the Tigers failed to show up at Bartow Arena and were forced to forfeit. The match was scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m.

The Blazers hit the road and begin the regular season at the South Alabama Tournament from Sept. 1-3 in Mobile. UAB's first match will be against host South Alabama on Sept. 1 at 7:00 p.m.
