The UAB Blazer Baseball Team and coaches will be at Oak Mountain High School on Saturday, January 19th, to participate in the 1st Annual Oak Mountain Lead-Off Weekend. The Blazer players and coaches will put on two clinics - the morning session is from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for age 8 - 12 year olds and the afternoon session is from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. for age 13 to high school seniors. This is a great opportunity to work with and be instructed by Division I college players and coaches. Head Coach Larry Giangrosso will hold a question and answer session in the morning for summer league coaches. The afternoon question and answer session will be for the high school parent who wants to market their son to a college program. Also, Coach Giangrosso will be on hand Monday, January 21, as a special guest for the Oak Mountain Lead-Off Banquet.
