Volleyball To Host Troy State Tuesday At Bartow Arena

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - The UAB volleyball team (7-13, 1-9 Conference USA) will host in-state rival Troy State (9-8, 4-3 Atlantic Sun) tomorrow night at Bartow Arena at 7 p.m.

The Blazers are coming off a 3-0 loss to Conference USA rival South Florida last Saturday at Bartow Arena and the Trojans are coming off a 3-0 home victory over Atlantic Sun foe Mercer last Saturday.

UAB leads the overall series 15-4. In their last meeting, Sept. 12, 2000, at Troy, UAB defeated the Trojans 3-1.

Tickets are $5 for adults, $2 for children ages 2-12, children under 2 are admitted free and UAB students are admitted free with a valid student ID.
