Bryant Novick

Bryant Novick, who played offensive line for the Blazers from 2013-14, 17-18, returns to UAB in 2023 as the Associate Strength and Conditioning Coach.
Upon graduating with a degree in Business Management from UAB in 2019, Novick joined the Blazers strength staff as an intern for the 2019 season and was then promoted to an assistant strength coach for 2020 and 2021.
Novick spent last year (2022) as the Director of Sports Performance for the football program at Long Island University before returning to Birmingham in January of 2023.
As a player, Novick appeared in 25 career games and was a member of the historic 2017 and 2018 teams which led the re-birth of the football program. In 2018, Novick helped the Blazers win their first ever Conference USA Championship and set a school record with 11 victories.
