UAB Employee Ticketing Information
Being a UAB employee has its perks. UAB Athletics is proud to offer faculty and staff members with opportunities to support the Blazer student-athletes on the field, on the court and in the classroom. UAB employees are encouraged to take advantage of available discounts on season tickets for UAB Football, UAB Men’s Basketball and select special events throughout the year.
In addition to ticket discounts, a majority of UAB employees are eligible for payroll deduction.
UAB Employee Discounts
UAB Employees are eligible for a 10% discount on both Football and Men’s Basketball Season Tickets. This 10% discount is applied to the season ticket portion and does not reduce any scholarship seat fees required for certain priority seating locations. For more information, you can call the UAB Athletic Ticket Office at 205-975-UAB1.
Employees are encouraged to take advantage of single game ticket prices through group ticket purchases. Visit our group ticket page here.
Other single game ticket discounts may become available throughout the designated season. For the most up to date information subscribe to Blazer Mail, the official email of UAB Athletics.
UAB Employee Payroll Deduction
UAB Employees are eligible to pay for their UAB Football and Men’s Basketball season tickets through payroll deduction. Season tickets and annual Blazer Boosters memberships can be paid via payroll deduction. Parking and any other additional items are not eligible for payroll deduction. Employees can select either monthly or bi-weekly payroll deductions. You can download both the Football and Men’s Basketball payroll deduction forms below.

UAB Employee Section at Protective Stadium
Section 145 is our designated UAB Employee section for UAB Football events at Protective Stadium. This section is only available to UAB Employees and their ticketed guests. The season ticket holder account owner must be a UAB Employee to obtain access to this section, but family and friends are welcome to use their additional seats to enjoy the game. UAB Employees are able to select seats in other areas of the stadium if they desire, but Section 145 is reserved as a designated UAB Employee section. Regardless of where an employee elects to sit, they will receive the 10% discount on their season tickets.
