Toys For Tots Drive Set For Dec. 3 UAB Basketball Game

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. ----- The UAB athletics department will host a toy drive benefiting Toys for Tots at Wednesday's home basketball game vs. Birmingham-Southern.
The Toys for Tots drive will begin at 6:00 p.m. at Bartow Arena. Tip-off for the Blazers' game with the Panthers is 7:30 p.m.
Each individual bringing an unwrapped toy to the game will receive a coupon good for discounted general admission tickets at $5 each to Wednesday's game.
Members of the Marine Corps will be on hand to collect the toys. Items collected will be distributed between December 23 and 24 to children in the Birmingham area.
