UAB Places 90 Student-Athletes On Conference USA Honor Roll

CHICAGO ----- A total of 1,719 student-athletes have earned recognition on the Commissioner's Honor Roll during the 2003-04 academic year, Commissioner Britton Banowsky announced Thursday.
Student-athletes named to the Commissioner's Honor Roll maintained a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or better and participated in a conference-sponsored sport.
UAB had 90 student-athletes named to the Commissioner's Honor Roll for the 2003-04 academic year. During the 2002-03 academic year, UAB had 84 student-athletes receive the recognition.
