Athletic Alumni Spring Picnic
On Saturday, April 13th, the UAB Athletic Department will hold "Blazer Day 2002". This event will feature the spring football game at 1:30 p.m. on West Campus Field (soccer field) and the UAB-Tulane baseball game will follow at 3:00 p.m.
In conjunction with "Blazer Day 2002" the Athletic Alumni Chapter has a spring picnic planned for our former athletes from 12:00 noon until 1:15 p.m. The picnic will be held within the Young Memorial Baseball Field picnic area located on the right field side of the stadium.
Please enter the stadium at the main entrance located on the first base side (or right side) of the stadium. You will be greeted at the entrance and directed to the picnic area. You are encouraged to bring your family and to contact your former teammates to join you on April 13th.
We ask you to confirm your attendance plans, via phone (934-0766) or email (matth@uab.edu), with Matt Holdbrooks. Plenty of hotdogs and chips will be available for you to share with your family and your athletic peers.
