Upcoming Promotions For UAB Men's Basketball

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. ----- When the UAB men's basketball team battles Memphis in Conference USA action March 8, it will be "Blaze" Bobblehead Day at Bartow Arena. Gametime for the Blazers/Tigers' contest is set for 1:00 p.m.
The first 3,000 fans upon entry to the arena, will receive a lottery ticket. Each ticket will have the number 1, 2 or 3 on it. During halftime, the winning number will be drawn and winning lottery tickets may then be redeemed on the concourse during the second half.
Next Wednesday's UAB/DePaul matchup will be "Hot Dog Night" in Bartow Arena. Everyone attending the Feb. 26 game will be able to purchase up to four hot dogs at a cost of 25 cents each (limit four).
Speaking of promotions, this Saturday's UAB/Houston game will be "Glow -in-the-Dark Basketball" night. The first 1,000 kids (age 14 and under) will receive a full-size Glow-in-the-Dark basketball.
