Blazers Ranked 18th in the NTCA Preseason Coaches Poll

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - UAB Bowling will open the 2025-26 season ranked 18th in the country by the National Tenpin Coaches Association. The Blazers received 537 total points, falling just behind Farleigh Dickinson. The Blazers' final ranking is one place better than their 2024-25 final ranking of 19th.
Jacksonville State topped the poll with 14 of the 44 first-place votes and 1777 total points. MEAC favorites, North Carolina A&T State, were the highest placing MEAC team at seventh with 1352 points. Maryland Eastern Shore also finished just above the Blazers at 16th with 627 points.
The Blazers kick off the 2025-26 season in three weeks at Destination: Orlando from October 24 through October 26.
