Jasmine Haas and Olivia Stant Named CUSA Pair of the Month

BIRMINGHAM – Juniors Jasmine Haas and Olivia Stant have been named the Conference USA Beach Volleyball Pair of the Month for October, as announced by league officials on Wednesday.
Haas and Stant have been on fire this fall and earned the Blazers two bids into this weekend's AVCA Pairs National Championship in Huntsville.
The duo won their first pairs event of the season at the AVCA East Qualifier in Atlanta and followed that up with a third-place finish at the AVCA Central Qualifier. Overall, Haas has a 13-1 record this fall and Stant has played to a mark of 11-3.
Their top wins have come against Georgia State, South Carolina, Tulane and North Alabama.
Haas and Stant will contend for a pairs national championship this weekend and have been placed in Pool 1 along with pairs from TCU, USC and Longwood.
Haas as played on Court 1 since her arrival in Birmingham and has compiled 41 wins in two years. Stant has also been a fixture in the lineup since 2023 with 27 total wins and looks to make the jump to the top of UAB's lineup this spring.
