UAB Women's Golf Places 10th at Indiana Invitational

BIRMINGHAMΒ - Karlee AllenΒ Β led the Blazers with a 43rd place finish individually as the UAB Women's golf team concluded the Indiana Invitational on Sunday afternoon
AllenΒ (81-77-81 = 239), who shot 23 over was followed byΒ Emilia Smith (84-80-80 =244 +28) in 51st place, Stephenie Fowler (82-85-79 = 246 +30) in 54th place,Β Marilyn Steed (83-81-83 = 247 +31) in 56th place,Β Caroline Waldrop (85-80-84 = 249 +33) in 58th place and Erika Allen (90-82-86 =258 +42) in 65th place
The Blazers placed 10th out of the 11 teams that competed. Michigan won the competition followed by Wisconsin,Β Purdue,Β Indiana,Β Augusta,Β Minnesota,Β Old Dominion,Β Toledo,Β IUPUI andΒ UIC.
This is the final tune-up before the Blazers participate in the 2022 Conference USA Championship, April 18-20 in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.
