Student Ticket Extension Available for Recent Graduates

BIRMINGHAM – The UAB Department of Athletics is excited to share a special football season ticket opportunity for recent UAB graduates. Due to COVID-19 restrictions on fan attendance, UAB students were limited in the events available for them to attend during 2020-21 season.
UAB Athletics is offering a one-year extension for free tickets to students who graduated between the spring of 2020 and the spring of 2021. This offer includes one complimentary season ticket to the inaugural UAB football season at Protective Stadium. The 2021 season features five home games, beginning with the stadium grand opening on October 2.
This complimentary season ticket offer is only available via mobile ticket delivery from now through Sept. 15. Qualifying students should check their uab.edu email for details on how to claim their ticket and how to purchase additional season tickets at the reduced UAB alumni rate.

Discounted group tickets and fan experiences are also now available for a minimum purchase of 15 tickets to any home football game during the 2021 season. Complete the UAB Football Group Ticket Request Form or download the UAB Football Group Ticket Order Form by visiting the group tickets page.

- Look for the email from UAB Athletics to your @uab.edu email address.
- This email will include your account access and pin number needed to set up an online ticket account.
- Once the account is created, select the complimentary offer for one season ticket.
- Review the additional season ticket packages available for purchase at the discounted UAB alumni rate.
- For those who take advantage of the offer, tickets will be delivered to your mobile account prior to the first home game on October 2.
