The Blazers get Week 1 of college football started with a primetime ESPN matchup against in-state foe Jacksonville State at the Cramton Bowl for the Montgomery Kickoff. The game is slated for 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 1.
UAB travels to Athens, Ga., the following Saturday, Sept. 11, for a game at Georgia which airs on ESPN2 at 3:30 p.m. EST/2:30 p.m. CST.
The Blazers are slated to play on CBS Sports Network three times during the regular season, and potentially a fourth time if UAB makes the Conference USA Championship.
