UAB Lands 16 Players on Phil Steele’s All-C-USA Teams

BIRMINGHAM – Led by six first team selections, UAB landed 16 players on the Phil Steele All-Conference USA Teams, the publication announced this week.
Offensive linemen Colby Ragland and Sidney Wells represented UAB's first team selections on offense, while defensive end Jordan Smith, linebacker Kristopher Moll and cornerback Brontae Harris were first team defense. Long snapper Jacob Fuqua was a first team specialist.
Second Team All-Conference USA selections were running back Spencer Brown and wide receiver Austin Watkins Jr. on the offensive side of the ball. For defense, defensive tackle Antonio Moultrie, linebacker Noah Wilder and cornerback TD Marshall earned second team accolades. Kicker Matt Quinn also earned second team specialist honors.
Wide receiver Myron Mitchell was UAB's only third team selection, while tight end Hayden Pittman, safety Will Boler and punter Kyle Greenwell were fourth team honorees.
UAB won the Conference USA title for the second time in three years and claimed its third straight West Division title in 2020. Since The Return in 2017, the Green and Gold boast the most wins in the league with 34.
