Fourth Annual Dragon Egg Hunt Set for Sunday, April 5

BIRMINGHAM - Join UAB Athletics as it hosts the fourth annual Dragon Egg Hunt on Sunday, April 5 at BBVA Field. Each year this family-friendly free event has grown in size. The move to BBVA Field, located at the corner of University Boulevard and 11th Street South, will offer two separate egg hunt areas for kids, more parking and additional amenities.
Children ages 12 and under are invited to participate in the egg hunt and all ages are welcomed to enjoy in the fun. Pre-registration is now available online and will allow quick access on event day. Doors open at 2:30 p.m. and the egg hunt will begin promptly at 3:30 pm.
In addition to the egg hunt, fans can have their face painted, visit with Blaze and take photos with UAB student-athletes. There will also be giveaways, including two UAB Football VIP packages, inflatables, games, food trucks and more.
Also new for 2020 are two Egg Hunt Bonus Packages available for purchase. Both include a UAB souvenir basket for the participant and either a 2020 season ticket for $99 or a ticket to the UAB vs Alabama A&M football game on Saturday, Sept. 12 for $12.
These offers are only available with early registration here. A limited number of the special souvenir baskets are available.
The egg hunt is the culmination of an action packed weekend for UAB Athletics. The Bill Clark Golf Tournament is scheduled for Friday, April 3, at Bent Brook Golf Course, while the Pepsi Spring Game is that Saturday, April 4, at 12 p.m. Click here for tickets to the Spring Game.
