BIRMINGHAM - The UAB women's basketball game this Tuesday, Dec. 22, at Bartow Arena against Tennessee State has been canceled. As a result of COVID protocols within the Tigers' program, the team did not have the requisite number of student-athletes available to be able to compete.
There remains a possibility for the two teams to reschedule before UAB opens conference play at home against North Texas on Jan. 1.
