Blazers Begin Historic 2017 Season at C-USA Media Days

IRVING, Texas β With the start of the 2017 football season right around the corner, UAB head coach Bill Clark, linebacker Shaq Jones and offensive lineman Chris Schleuger spent Wednesday in the media spotlight answering questions about the return at Conference USA Media Days.

The Blazers, along with representatives from the other six West Division schools, took on the media blitz which included four hours of TV, radio and print interviews.

Included in those interviews for Clark and the Blazers was a live radio interview on Sirius XM College, TV interviews with C-USA, beIN and Stadium, and a 10-minute segment on C-USA's live stream of Media Days.

The Blazers are now just 12 days away from the start of fall camp which starts on Monday, July 31. UAB opens the season on September 2 vs. Alabama A&M at Legion Field. Click here to purchase season or single game tickets. Β
