AUSTIN, Texas – Ali Meister of the UAB women's track & field team wrapped up the first day of competition in the Heptathlon at the prestigious Texas Relays. The junior is currently in 17th place among collegiate competitors with a total score of 2945.
"Day one of the Heptathlon went well," said UAB assistant coach Reava Potter. "I saw some really good things out of her today that will set her up for a great day two."
