Football Signing Day Social Set For Feb. 1

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. ----- Blazer fans are invited to join new head football coach Garrick McGee and the UAB coaching staff on Wednesday, Feb. 1 as the coaches celebrate the 2012 recruiting class.
The deadline to pre-order your tickets is 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 31. Pre-order your tickets by CLICKING HERE and entering the promo code SIGN or by calling 205-975-8221.
The event will be held in the Green & Gold Room in Bartow Arena and will start Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. The Blazer men's basketball team will play host to Conference USA Houston at 8:00 p.m. following the Signing Day function.
Admission to the event is $15.00 which includes a ticket to the basketball game, a pre-game meal, and an inside look into the Blazers' 2012 football signing class.
For those who already have tickets to the Houston game, fans can pre-order tickets to the Signing Day event for $5.00 by calling 975-UAB1.
6:00 p.m. - Signing Day Social and dinner in the Green & Gold Room
8:00 p.m. - UAB Basketball vs. Houston
Tickets are limited and fans are encouraged to reserve theirs today. Tickets will not be sold at the door. Blazer Club members with Green & Gold Room access will receive complimentary admission.
