UAB Announces Two Football Schedule Changes For TV

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. ----- UAB has announced that the dates for a pair of 2009 home football games have been changed and that the contests will be televised nationally.
The Blazers' games against both Southern Miss and UCF will be televised to a national audience on CBS College Sports.
The contest with the Golden Eagles has been moved from Saturday, Oct. 3 to Thursday, Oct. 1 and will kick off at 7:00 p.m. CT.
The date for the regular season finale against the Knights has been moved from Saturday, Nov. 28 to Friday, Nov. 27. Kickoff for the game is set for 12:00 p.m. CT.
