BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - The UAB women's golf team will compete in the Ann Rhoads Shootout, hosted by Birmingham-Southern College, beginning Monday morning. The tournament will be held at the Bent Brook Golf Course in McCalla, Ala.

UAB will be one of 21 teams competing in the annual event, which will feature two rounds of action. The participating schools are scheduled for 18 holes on Monday and 18 holes on Tuesday.

This will mark UAB's second tournament of the spring season, having previously played in the Baja Classic in Baja, Mexico during the first week of February.
