UAB's Falk Falls At ITA All-American Championships

CHATTANOGGA, Tenn. ----- UAB junior Sebastian Falk fell in his opening round singles match of the ITA All-American Tennis Championships here Thursday, losing to Wake Forest's Derrick Spice, 6-3, 6-1.
Falk, in his first season with the Blazers after transferring from Arkansas-Little Rock, had won three qualifying matches earlier in the week to earn a spot in the 64-player main draw.
The ITA All-American is the first leg of the Collegiate Grand Slam and brings together the top collegiate players from around the country.
The loss was the first of the fall season for Falk whose singles record now stands at 7-1.
