UAB-Memphis Football Game Time Changed

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - The kickoff time for the UAB Blazers' Oct. 27 game at Memphis has been changed to 1:00 pm CDT (it was originally scheduled for 7:00 pm). The game will be televised live in Birmingham on WABM-TV 68, as part of the Blazers' ESPN Regional broadcasting package.

The Memphis game was added to the UAB television package to offset the telecast lost when the Set. 15 game at Pittsburgh was postponed in the wake of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks on the United States. The Pittsburgh game is now set for Dec. 1 in Pittsburgh (1:30 pm EST), at this time the game is not scheduled to be televised as part of the UAB package.
