Walker, Keur Lead The Way on Day Two of Stitch Intercollegiate

Birmingham, Ala. – On the heels of an impressive opening round performance at the Stitch Intercollegiate, William Walker III continued his strong play in Saturday's action with a two-under (70) and is in a four-way tie for third place.
Walker (-6) is in line for his fourth tournament at or under par and his first since the Gator Invitational.
UAB (-4) shot one over on the day and is in sixth place. At just three strokes behind fifth place Campbell (-7), the Blazers are primed for their second top five finish of the year.
Senior R.J. Keur (T23), ranked No. 123 nationally by GolfStat, also turned in a quality round, with a one-under (71) and remains in contention for another top-20 result. The senior from North Charleston, S.C. now has 15 rounds at or under par.
John Hayden (T26) and Murray Naysmith (T34) were both steady at +2 (74), while Nick Robillard (T40) finished his day at six over par.
Amarin (Ray) Kraivixien from Campbell is in first place at -12 after shooting a school and MacGregor Downs competitive course record 61 (-11) in round two action.
Duke sits atop the leaderboard after shooting a collective -18 on day two, followed by NC State (-12), Wake Forest (-11), East Carolina (-11) and Campbell (-7).
The Blazers will wrap up their final regular season tournament tomorrow morning with a 7:50 start and will be paired with Campbell and East Carolina.
