UAB Rifle Defeats Wofford on the Road

SPARTANBURG, S.C. - The UAB rifle team defeated Wofford after posting an aggregate score of 2217 to edge the Terrier's 2203.
Junior Sarah Grace Banks recorded the highest score of the day with a 566 to be the top individual finisher. Banks shot at least 93 on all six targets.
Lilly Vonderau has made quite the impression this season as a freshman. She had the third highest score of the day with a 560 and shot at least 90 on all targets.
Emily Stover shot 550 to finish fifth, Ella Von Canon shot 541 to finish seventh and Kristie Lloyd shot 511 to finish tenth.
UAB will be in action again this Saturday as it travels to Lexington, Va., to take on Virginia Military Institute.
