BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - The UAB baseball team will open its home season with a three-game series against Murray State Friday-Sunday at Young Memorial Field. Friday, UAB and Murray State square off at 6 p.m., Saturday's game begins at 2 p.m. and Sunday's first pitch is scheduled for 1 p.m.

UAB (1-0) is coming off an 8-0 win over Alabama State last Tuesday in Montgomery in the Blazers' season opener. Murray State will be opening its season with this weekend's games.

Tickets for each game are $5 for adults, $2 for children ages 3-12, children 2 and under are admitted free and UAB students are admitted free with a valid student ID.
