UAB Women's Soccer Remains On The Road Against Louisville

LOUISVILLE, Ky. --- The UAB women's soccer team will attempt to win its fourth-consecutive match on Sunday as the Blazers face off against the Louisville Lady Cardinals at noon (CDT) at Cardinal Stadium in Louisville, Ky.
UAB (5-2, 1-0) heads into Sunday's Conference USA matchup in the midst of a three match winning streak. On Friday, the Blazers knocked off the defending C-USA champion Charlotte 49ers, 2-1, after defeating both South Alabama and Georgia Southern to win the 2003 UAB Nike Classic a week ago.
Louisville (3-1-1, 0-0-1) comes into the contest looking to end a five match losing streak against UAB. Since 1997, the Blazers have dominated the all-time series by winning the last five meetings by an average score of 3-1. UAB owns a 5-1 all-time record against Louisville and has outscored the Lady Cardinals, 18-6.
The UAB women's soccer team will look to improve to 2-0 in C-USA play on Sunday as the Blazers square off against the Louisville Lady Cardinals at noon (CDT) at Cardinal Stadium here in Louisville, Ky.
