Baseball Team's Series With Charlotte Changed

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - The UAB baseball team's three-game Conference USA series against Charlotte at Young Memorial Field, originally scheduled for May 2-4, has been changed. The teams will play as scheduled Friday, May 2 at 7 p.m., but Saturday's contest will now be a doubleheader, beginning at 2 p.m. There will be no Sunday game in the series.

UAB (21-14, 6-8 Conference USA) travels to New Orleans, La. this weekend to take on No. 25 Tulane (26-12, 9-6 C-USA) in a three-game Conference USA series, beginning Friday at 6:30 p.m. Saturday's game is scheduled for 2 p.m. and Sunday's first pitch will be at 1 p.m.
