Birmingham, Ala. - Junior pitcher Kerri Foster (McCalla, Ala.) received Conference USA Pitcher of the Week honors for the week ending March 11.

Foster (6-3) picked up two wins this past weekend at the 2002 Magic City Classic held at Samford University. Both of her wins came against Samford where she threw 12 innings, only allowing one run. Foster recorded 11 strikeouts for the weekend.
