In game two of Saturday's double-header Blazer starter Andre Parks (1-0) pitched a complete game shutout, working seven innings and allowing no runs on two hits, with no walks and seven strikeouts.

UAB catcher Al Hecklinski drove in two runs with a single in the first and another with a sacrifice fly in the second as the Blazers completed the sweep with a 9-0 victory.??

Blazer second baseman Nick Clark had two RBI in game two, one on a single in the second inning, and one on a single in the third.??

UAB (11-5) and Eastern Illinois (2-7) will complete the four-game weekend series Sunday with a single game beginning at 1:00 pm CST.
