Volleyball Drops Conference USA Match To Tulane

NEW ORLEANS, La. - The UAB volleyball team (5-11, 0-4 in Conference USA) fell to Tulane (10-6, 3-2 in Conference USA) 15-11, 16-14, 18-16 in Conference USA action.
Junior outside hitter Laura Burke lead UAB with 19 kills and 10 digs while sophomore setter/outside hitter Dina Katsoulis posted a double-double, recording 29 assists and 10 kills for the Blazers.
UAB returns home to Bartow Arena Friday to take on Conference USA rival Houston at 7 p.m.
