BIRMINGHAM – Leading into the 2022-23 athletic seasons, the UAB Department of Athletics has announced several enhancements to the UAB Blazers app. The updated app allows fans to stay up to date on events, purchase tickets and check in with Fired Up Rewards all in one place. Follow all the live coverage found on uabsports.com, watch Blazers All Access or listen to live broadcasts through the UAB Blazers app throughout the upcoming year. Download from your smart phone's app store today by searching 'UAB Blazers.'
As a new feature this year, Blazer fans are encouraged to manage their mobile tickets on the UAB Blazers app. Managing tickets with the app is simple. After downloading the UAB Blazers app, tap the tickets icon in the lower right corner. Select the manage tickets option and login to your account. You can now utilize the app to easily download, transfer and purchase additional tickets leading into gameday.
For further instructions on how to easily download or transfer your unused tickets through the UAB Blazers app, click here or call the UAB Athletics Ticket Office at (205) 975-UAB1. Tickets can also be purchased through the app or by visiting uabsports.com/tickets.
In addition, fans can now access the Fired Up Rewards program within the UAB Blazers app. Points are earned by checking in at events and connecting your social media accounts. Points can be redeemed for items in the prize store. Prizes will be available for pickup at designated events throughout the year.
The rewards app is also used to select winners for prize drawings at select UAB Athletics events. Fans must connect with social media or log on to a desktop and update their first and last name to be eligible to win drawings. Visit the Fired Up Rewards website for information on point totals and prizes.
